Melissa, Joesel and family

Today I got to hang out with Melissa, Joesel and the kids. For Melissa's sake, I won't show you any of the two dozen pictures I have of Joesel goofing while Melissa was being pretty for the camera. When you work with Washington felons all day, you really need to be able to let lose around your family and friends!

Melissa and I were pregnant at the same time and her little girl was born just a few weeks after mine.

Today's shoot was done at the Adriana Hess Wetlands. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we really got the best of the wetlands. It was just TOO hot out to do much exploring.

Not only is Cynthia hilarious, totally down to earth and SO SO easy to talk to, she also makes GORGEOUS children!!! Thank SO much for holding my Gabrielle while I chased the girls around :) They were so much fun to photograph!

A little goodie

So, I don't plan on posting any wedding images on this blog....I'm saving them all for my new fancy blog : ) but I couldn't resist this one.



Not only did I get to hang out with one beautiful woman in one gorgeous dress, I also got to see a WAY new baby!! Baby "B" I'll call him, is still in the NICU, but strong and healthy! And not to mention BEAUTIFUL!!!! TINI TINY though :) *sigh* SOO precious!!!

Sunny Side

Thanks for your patience with my lack of updating!! My new site is being worked on by Brian over at ODIGGY's, so I've put off a lot of things website related.

The past week has been busy finalizing details with some of my upcoming brides, working with album vendors, taxes...EW....taxes, and figuring out the legal music stuff with the people at BMI.
Lets not forget my regular mom type things :) Play dates, laundry and too many diapers to even think about!!!


Today I met with Lisa and her sister (who is in town from Cali) at Sunny Side for some pictures.

Madison is just a blond haired blue eyed beauty!! Total California girl : )

This isn't the "prettiest" picture, but I love it. It totally makes me smile....you just have to adore moms who work so hard!!!!!

Op Love Stuff

Lots of families are being reunited with their soldiers over the next few weeks. I had a chance to talk to some of the other Op Love photographers in the area to find out what sort of albums they were using. I looked at my choices and picked my favorite. I just wish I could afford to give my Op Love client's the same albums my bride's get to purchase. These are still cute though!!
